Key Responsibilities

The consultant will be responsible for carrying out an in-depth assessment of the LHW program. The key responsibilities include:

Qualifications and Experience

To be eligible for this consultancy role, candidates must meet the following criteria:

  • Possess an MBBS/BDS degree along with MPH, MSPH, Health Policy, and Management qualifications or an equivalent degree.
  • Have a minimum of 10 years of professional experience in public health programs, particularly in Pakistan’s healthcare system with a preference for experience in LHW and TB control programs.
  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of Pakistan’s healthcare structure, particularly LHWs and TB-related programs.
  • Have familiarity with global TB strategies and policies (an added advantage).
  • Show proven expertise in designing and conducting assessments, including both qualitative and quantitative data analysis.
  • Possess excellent communication and report-writing skills to effectively document and present findings.

Age Limit

Candidates must be under the age of 60 years to qualify for this position.

Consultancy Duration
